I use an integrated approach, drawing from multiple theories and frameworks, including Person-centred, Mindfulness-based, Existential, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), and Emotion-Focused (EFT) Therapies, as well as Motivational Interviewing. I’m also a yoga teacher/meditation guide and can readily use both in our time together.
